Right to the city!
Roundtable discussion and exhibition opening.
March 24, 2010. 7-9pm

How can we create cities based on social justice? What is social justice? How can we better exercise our right to the city? What are the obstacles to exercising this right? Whose rights? Whose city?
Roundtable discussion with the participation of urban activists from the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary.
The discussion is followed by the opening of a photo exhibition about the right to the city in Prague, Bratislava, Warsaw and Budapest.
The event is in English with Hungarian interpretation.

Welcome to the web page of the Right to the City project!
The main theme of this project is social justice in Central-Eastern European capital cities. The project intends to to connect and support young activists who are involved in urban social justice movements in the region.
This web page serves to inform those who are interested in the topic of urban social justice. We would also like to provide a space on our Blog for those who cannot take part in our project but are interested in this topic to join our initiative and share their thoughts about the right to the city.
